No refunds are offered on any products purchased from Shielded & Blessed Cosmetics.
All products sold by Shielded & Blessed Cosmetics are handcrafted personal care items made in small batches using natural ingredients, including shea butter and mango butter. Due to the handmade nature of our products and for sanitary and safety reasons, all sales are final!
Because our products are cosmetic and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Therefore, Shielded & Blessed Cosmetics cannot guarantee that allergic reactions will not occur and is not responsible for individual skin reactions or sensitivities. Customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists and perform a patch test prior to full use.

In the event that a product arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation so the matter can be reviewed. Any resolution, including replacement, will be provided at the sole discretion of Shielded & Blessed Cosmetics.
